Welcome to our April book club episode! We are discussing This Book Will Bury Me by Ashley Winstead and let me tell you we are patting ourselves on the back because we sure picked a WINNER!! This thriller is seriously so good and I'll be screaming it from the rooftops. It's the perfect book for any true crime lover.
We give a brief synopsis, our overall thoughts, discuss some questions we drummed up, do our Hollywood adaption section, and of course give our ratings (spoiler alert they are very high lol). Oh and we also had to discuss the light hearted romances we will be reading after this darkkk book!
Thank you so much for listening and we hope you enjoy :)

Happy Spring and welcome to April bookish!! We attempted to do a quickie episode but of course we continued to yap.
We announce our April book of the month, This Book Will Bury Me by Ashley Winstead. The author confirmed it’s inspired by the 2022 Idaho murders, and we are equally spooked and so ready for this thriller.
Current reads: Saanya is diving into The Paradise Problem by Christina Lauren, and Sehrish has finally escaped her book slump with The Briar Club by Kate Quinn.
We all know the book is (almost) always better than the Hollywood adaptation, but Saanya will report back once she reads The Handmaid’s Tale. And if you’re doomscrolling TikTok like Sehrish, you’re probably deep in White Lotus theories—and yes, we’re all obsessed with Chloe’s yacht look.
We hope you enjoy!

Welcome to our March book club episode! We are discussing Beautiful Ugly by Alice Feeney, a new thriller that was just released this past January. We share a short summary, our overall thoughts on the book, go through discussion questions, cast our perfect Hollywood adaption, and of course give our final ratings for the book!
We were surprisingly on separate sides of the spectrum of whether or not we liked this book lol, and have heard a lot of polarizing rumblings on bookstagram and booktok as well, so we would love to know what you all think! Did you enjoy it or despise it?
Enjoy the episode!

February Book Club: Deep End by Ali Hazelwood! ❤️
For our February book club, we’re diving (& swimming lol) into Ali Hazelwood’s newest release, Deep End! We promised a romance-filled month, and this book definitely delivered. We weren’t expecting this level of spice, but we had plenty to discuss—especially when it came to Scarlett and Lukas’ redeeming qualities. And of course, we couldn’t resist casting our Hollywood picks for the characters!
Do you agree with our low ratings? Or completely disagree? Let us know! And as always, thanks for reading along with us this month.
P.S. This episode drops on Saanya’s birthday, so you know it’s a special one! 🎉
